Alyssa Karsas
Front Office Manager
Alyssa is our Front Office Manager at Winslow Facial Plastic Surgery. She joined the WFPS staff in July of 2012. Her smile is the first one to greet you when you arrive at our office and she prides herself in making every patient feel warmly welcomed and highly valued. She earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Nutrition Science in 2011. She has also been classically trained in voice and piano and was a former Miss Anderson in 2006 & Miss Central Indiana in 2007.
Alyssa loves engaging in physical activity, volunteering and spending time with her loved ones. She also enjoys cheering on her son at all of his athletic events.
TORI PHELPS
Medical Aesthetician
Tori is a licensed medical aesthetician who graduated top of her class from the Summit Salon Academy in Anderson. She is also a graduate of Anderson University where she received her double major in Graphic Design and Public Relations. She has a passion for improving aging and sun damaged skin, as well as helping her clients feel great in the skin they are in!
In her free time, Tori is a bunny mom to rescue rabbits, and a a small business owner. Tori is passionate about continuing her education so that she can master all of the science to help her clients no matter the issue!
Shaye Buckingham
Patient Care Coordinator
Shaye is a licensed cosmetologist and a graduate of Purdue University with a background in sales and customer service. She is dedicated to creating a welcoming, seamless experience for patients through clear communication, professionalism, and attention to detail. In her free time, Shaye is a mom of three and enjoys spending time with her children at parks, pumpkin patches, and local activities. She is proud to be part of the team at Winslow Facial Plastic Surgery and is committed to exceptional patient care.
Kelsi Craft
Registered Nurse
Kelsi is a Registered Nurse who graduated from Ivy Tech Community College in 2021. She has a background in Labor and Delivery. Kelsi is passionate about helping patients feel their best and providing care and comfort where they need it the most. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her partner as well as her pets . She enjoys trying new restaurants and getting lost in a book!
Madison Norman
Registered Nurse
Madison is a registered nurse with a background in ECMO and cardiovascular ICU care. She graduated from Purdue University with honors. She values building relationships with patients and helping them feel confident in their skin. Outside of work, Madison enjoys live music, spending time outdoors in her garden, and being with family and friends. She’s a proud pet mom to three dogs and her cats, and is always happy to share photos of them.
